I rang at 7:30pm for plumbing and drain cleaning service in San Francisco because of a drain clogged kitchen sink.  The guy on the telephone was very polite and promised plumbing service and drain cleaning service within an hour.  By 8:30 their plumbing and drain cleaning service plumber arrived, unclogged the drain, and was gone by 9pm.  He did a good plumbing job, was polite, very neat, so I have no complains about the actual plumbing and drain cleaning service. 

But I was not told on the telephone just how much more it would be for the after hours call.  Once the technician was there, he quoted $225, which I feel is too outrageous given the simplicity of the task.   I rang at 7:30 pm, not 1:00 am!!

I am taking off two starts for what I feel are too outrageous prices.  I should have waited until morning and rang Urgent Plumbing.  They would have done the same plumbing job for $175.
