Del Sur, a smart-growth master-planned community in the northern part of the City of San Diego, has expanded its recycling efforts with a new green initiative. Del Sur homeowners may now visit the Platinum LEED-rated Ranch House to safely dispose of toxic mercury-containing compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs).
